These Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the City List Co website, mobile interfaces, listings platform, and all related services (“the Platform”). By visiting, browsing, creating an account, verifying your email, or posting any content on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Platform immediately.

City List Co (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a classified directory for legal adult services in Australia and New Zealand. We are an advertising platform only. We do not provide, arrange, facilitate, or participate in any sexual services.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

1.1 You must be 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use this Platform.
1.2 By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the legal age requirement.
1.3 We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail verification.

2. Nature of the Platform

2.1 City List Co is a digital advertising directory only. We allow independent escorts, brothels, massage studios, clubs, and other adult-oriented businesses to publish listings.
2.2 We do not employ, manage, contract, endorse, recommend, or vouch for any advertiser.
2.3 We do not control or monitor interactions between users and advertisers, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, legality, safety, or quality of listings or services advertised.
2.4 Any relationship you form with advertisers is strictly between you and them. You assume full responsibility for your interactions.

3. Account Creation and Verification

3.1 To post listings or access certain features, you must create an account and verify your email address.
3.2 You agree to provide truthful and complete information, including personal details such as name, email, phone number, demographic details, body attributes (optional), images, and verification materials.
3.3 You must keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
3.4 We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Engage in misconduct
• Fail verification
• Post unlawful or prohibited content
• Breach these Terms

4. Content You Submit

4.1 You may upload content including text, photos, videos, body details, service descriptions, and pricing (“User Content”).
4.2 You affirm that:

• You own or have legal rights to all content you upload.
• All individuals depicted in your content are 18+ and have given full consent.
• Your content complies with Australian and New Zealand laws.
• Your content does not infringe intellectual property rights.

4.3 You grant City List Co a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, transmit, and distribute your User Content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
4.4 We may edit, refuse, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful, unlawful, misleading, or unsafe.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

5.1 You must not upload, solicit, promote, or engage in:

• Any content involving minors (real or simulated)
• Trafficking, coercion, exploitation, or non-consensual acts
• Revenge porn or unauthorised images
• Spam, scams, misleading claims, impersonation
• Violence, threats, blackmail, doxxing, or harassment
• Illegal drugs, weapons, stolen goods, or criminal services
• Escorting or adult services in jurisdictions where such advertising is prohibited

5.2 You must not:

• Attempt to bypass security, verification, or platform restrictions
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform
• Use the Platform to stalk, exploit, or harm others
• Upload malware, bots, or automated data-gathering tools
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

6. Listings, Payments & Renewals

6.1 Listings may be automatically set to expire every 30–60 days depending on the package purchased.
6.2 Renewal fees, prices, and listing durations are subject to change.
6.3 Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.
6.4 City List Co may remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms without refund.

7. Third-Party Links & External Services

7.1 Listings may contain links to external websites, messaging apps, or advertising materials.
7.2 We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or legality.
7.3 Your dealings with third parties are solely at your own risk.

8. Privacy & Data Handling

8.1 Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.
8.2 By using the Platform you consent to the collection of information including images, contact details, body descriptors, geolocation (approx.), and verification data.
8.3 You acknowledge that information included in public listings will be visible to the general public.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 All trademarks, logos, branding, design, code, and structural elements of the Platform are owned by City List Co or our licensors.
9.2 You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission.

10. Reporting Violations and Illegal Activity

10.1 If you encounter content that appears unlawful, harmful, exploitative, involves minors, or breaches these Terms, contact support@citylistco.com immediately.
10.2 For suspected criminal offences (including human trafficking), you must report directly to local police or federal authorities.

11. Suspension and Termination

11.1 We may suspend, limit, or permanently terminate user accounts at our sole discretion for any breach of these Terms.
11.2 We may remove listings or content without notice.
11.3 Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ends immediately.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy or reliability of listings
• Legality or safety of services advertised
• Availability or uptime of the website
• Verification or authenticity of advertisers

You use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, City List Co is not liable for:

• Loss, damages, or injury arising from interactions with advertisers
• Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful conduct by users
• Data loss, security breaches, or unauthorised access
• Errors, downtime, bugs, or performance issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total amount paid by you to City List Co in the preceding 6 months, or AUD$50—whichever is lower.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless City List Co, its staff, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update or amend these Terms at any time.
Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, with consideration for users in New Zealand where applicable.
16.2 Disputes must first be raised with our support team.
16.3 Any unresolved dispute may be referred to arbitration or a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
